Brief

Branded as a bakery and cafe initially, Craft found it difficult to attract the lunch and dinner crowd despite its extensive menu. One of the issues identified was a weak and incoherent branding, stemming from its name to its interior and collateral design.

Solution

Following a name change to Craft Bistro to better reflect its offerings, we looked into redesigning the logo, brand and space. To reflect the focus on providing wholesome and artisanal foods, we introduced hand drawn illustrations used in the space and menu to portray a personable brand and one that prepares food from the heart. The space was designed to be Scandinavian inspired with visual merchandising that creates a cozy environment.
